Robert Bruce Ellis

Robert Bruce Ellis, Ph.D. is a historian, author, and public intellectual whose work bridges scholarship, leadership, and the humanities. He earned his doctorate from Rutgers University, where he taught in the university’s writing program and pursued MBA studies.
He is the author of Ernst Toller and German Society: Intellectuals as Leaders and Critics—a biography and cultural study that was an entrant for the 2014 Pulitzer Prize in History. This work has been praised by leading publications:
